The Silver Donkey :)

We Are starting to Read The Silver Donkey it is very interesting so far It Is about a solider who is trying to find his way home Because his brother is very ill and needs his Help This book is been made into a movie It Is a very Warming book So Make sure you read it. 

Marimbas :) with Mrs Harris

Last week We Started Marimbas With Mrs Harris It is very fun I am on the Marimba with Oscar I  play On the melody And he plays on the base It Is really fun we are playing one song so far And we have already got it all sussed. I really Enjoy it because It Is a time to relax and have fun without Staring At your computer screen for hours. :).

This week we Made Homemade Pasta With a Homemade Cream and broccoli Sauce
 It was a delicious Mrs Douglas bought Her Pasta Machine And we Had A great time I learnt that
You have to be extremely Careful with pasta.
There was so much On my plate I couldn't finish it all but some boys Finished 3 whole Bowls.
I can't wait to Make omelets next week.

*Art

This term we are doing quote Art I'm still choosing if I want a wood plank or a cardboard one I have Found a quote that I really like (doing things that others only dream of). I can't what to get my art finished I have already chosen my background I think it really fits in with me quote here is  picture.
 

Impact :)

This week for impact we are making stuffed potatoes and caesar salad,  we Also are weeding our garden this morning and we ate some of of radishes that we're growing, the we're really spicy, And we have organised that my dad is going to make our cook coop so we get fresh eggs everyday for our meals. we have been feeding our worms and collecting there worm pee we have been feeding them  scraps from kids lunchs just don't use citrus fruit (lemons and oranges etc) We have to water the garden everyday for a few minutes really well.

Karaoke

Yesterday we had our first karaoke session With Mr Mac,

we all loved it we sang for about 15mins to 3 songs We got bad marks every song we did,

 if we get good enough we might be able to Verse other schools in new zealand we are going to have another session today and I hope we get A better score.

Swimming Sports

Swimming Sports was held last monday It was a big day I entered in 4 events freestyle, backstroke, breastroke and butterfly. I Got 3rd in backstroke,freestyle and breastroke and second in butterfly. Connor & I were the House Leaders that day so we had to organise the relay team for Orewa, Our team sadly lost that day, I'm going to Hauraki plains swimming next monday for all my events and I hope I make it into thames valley (TV) that whole day all I could see is the happiness In children and all the smiles on peoples faces after there race.
